Food Delivery App Documentation

I am thinking to launch a food delivery app. Need complete documentation about it. What will be the best options, for blackened, front end, servers, and etc. There's also a competitor in my city. Need advice on how my app can beat it. Note: This is not a food delivery app project. It's just documentation that I am willing to pay an expert to suggest to me the above things. Thanks
