Flutter App with Background BLE Connectivity

I'm on the search for a developer that can create an example iOS/Android Flutter app that is able to establish a BLE connection to a raspberry pi that reads/writes json data in the foreground, but can also still read/store data when the app is minimised in the background. The raspberry pi will be transferring data over bluetooth once the connection is established
The code from your example app will not require a nice looking front end because the code will be transferred to an existing app. A preferable package is the flutter_reactive_ble, but if a better alternative is used then that will be fine. Also, If the project can use the Riverpod architecture in any way that would also be ideal but not a must have.
I will look for a demonstration and explanation of the packages used. If I can build a good relationship with the candidate then I'm sure I will have future work for them in the future :)
