Flutter App for a food truck

I am looking for someone who can develop a cross-platform app for Android and iOS using flutter.

Features:
- runs on iOS and Android
- show locations of the truck which differ on a daily base
- show food items
- pre-order food items with payments
- allow to subscribe to a location to receive push notifications

Detailed specification

Truck locations

- configure per weekday (every Monday, Tuesday, …)
- attributes: name, description, address, multiple images
- subscribe to push notifications for each location individually (1 user can subscribe to multiple locations)

Food Items
———————
- Attributes: Name, description, multiple ingredients, multiple images, multiple prices with names (for example: different sizes = different prices)
- same for all locations

Pre-Order
———————
- time window individual per weekday configurable
- pick up time in the future (configurable, example: pre-order at 10:00, earliest pick up possible = 10:30)
- earliest pre-order time configurable (example: user can only pre-order for the next day)
- payments only credit cards
- notification for new pre- orders via email
