Flutter App Developer (Flutter/Firebase/Bloc) for long term Work

Looking for a developer with strong Flutter/Firebase/Bloc skills to update an existing Flutter app and add new features on a semi-annual basis. The initial project will involve updating the app to Flutter version 2.0 and Bloc version 8.0. Once the updates are completed, tested, and submitted to the app stores, we will complete two new features and roll them out in March 2023.
