Fix setting on app

We have a app which is React Native, Redux (react native state management) and connects to our system via sockets.
The app has some setting which sync with our system via API's and sockets.
I am looking for someone who can fix the below issues with our app.
Sync close/open restaurant with our system.
Sync default delivery and collection time with our system.
When I change a local setting on the app and press save I get a loading screen but the setting has been changed in the background. Fix this.
Connect table booking from our system to the app and show the information on screen and printed receipt.
If the app loses internet connection it dose not automatically reconnect to our system when the internet connection is connected again. Fix this.
if the app is left in the order view screen new orders are not received automatically. Fix this.
The app only need to pull pending orders as new orders.
The app is currently working and we are using it but we need someone to fix these issues so it can be 100%
