Fix payment Bancontact small issue (Flutter). MAX BUDGET: 50$

Bancontact it's a method that detects your bank app it's included with paypal . It's available only on Belgium so you need to change your Vpn to Belgium to make Bancontact button appear . the issue that we have is that the webview of flutter doesn't let Bancontact detect the bankapp like the browser because when we use the browser it works and it opens the bank app .

as shown in the image after pressing the Bancontact button it should appear a page like the image.
