Finish the last step of a chat APP

ThisEnglish version chat APP is developed with flutter/socket.io/node.js/php technology, and is 95% done.

The test version of Android apk is currently running on the test server, full functioned, but still needs some improvements.

Back-end admin panel is done, but needs migration to another server.

The original developer cannot finish the final step due to health issues, so we need someone to complete the final step:

1. Finalize the Android version APP, and complete the publishment to the Google Play Store;
2. Use Apple Xcode to complete the build of the iOS version APP, and complete the release to the Apple APP Store;
3. Migrate the entire system from the test server to another VPS (Bluehost);
4. Edit and make some necessary customer service maintenance documents;
5. Make the Chinese version APP, we will assist in all translations, and provide necessary help to us to publish the Chinese version APP in some Chinese APP stores;
6. Make some improvements of the APP(extra budget)
7. Make official website for publicity and download (extra budget).
