Finish an App that was Already started
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking to get an IS and Google play filter game app
build. I want the app to be similar to

id=com.banuba.camera&hl=en_US&g|=US) but the only difference is the app will only have my filter. I've created the type of filter I want on AR Spark. I want it to be an in purchase app as well. I've included a video of the filter. I went with a freelancer who started the project but unfortunately he took 3 months to work on it and it’s still not done, his communication was horrible, and i had to move on. I’m looking for someone who will actually help me finish this app as soon as possible and also has great communication!
