Field Inspection and Survey Workflow using Google Sheets & Appsheet

I'm looking to create a mobile app using Google's Sheets and Appsheet that allows a simple inspection of hardware installed in convenience stores with photography. Each week i have a differing list of locations and equipment details - the inspection/survey Q&A's are the same each week, with small Q&As changes every 4-6 weeks. This project is to to create the basic inspection app with completed inspections populating the spreadsheet.
