Few small fixes for React Native app (Please read project Description)

I have a screen where I have a retry button when progress bar doesn't go to 100%. I was able to implement that logic but I am struggling trying to get done button to show up if scan completes successfully.

I also am not able to make the notification could update on the bell icon without page refresh.

Please contact me if you are able to help with these 2 fixes. They are both very urgent as print is due soon.
