FLEXIBLE FLIGHTS AND CHARTERS booking for a country in the Carribean islands of North America

The objective is to create a small platform to allow people to charter flights and book seats from scheduled regional flights
A) To provide people access to charter a small 3-9 seater airplanes within the country with up to 15 destinations
B) Allow people to book seats from all carriers that have open seats
C) That will include payment integration with a few vendors
D) With three different languages (French, English and Spanish)
