Expert consultant in health apps and app building - Job for guidance to establish a start-up

Dear Expert IT consultant,

I am starting a new app for remote health monitoring and collecting health data from smart watches and home health devices (like blood pressure and blood sugar, etc. ) which then analyze the data and gives health advices (by using A.I.).

I am expert in the medical flied but not in IT. I need an expert to guide me by:
- Understanding the idea
- Divide the work stages
- Help me in deciding which technology / coding will need.
- To find the right teams to work on every stage.
- And finally to help in pick the the super team to build the app.

Please only expert who had been involved in a similar health projects. And please mention you prior health projects in your proposal.

Again the job is for consulting to guide.
