Expert React Native Developer to play multiple sounds simultaneously

We have a very specific problem that's needed to be solved and need an experienced React Native developer who has done it in the past. Here's the situation:

We have built a meditation app that can play 2 sounds simultaneously. There are 2 sound players on the screen and the user is able to select the volume for each (see the screenshot attached).

The problem we're encountering is that it's working fine on the foreground but on the iOS devices, it stops working in background when a user puts the iPhone to sleep. When the iPhone automatically goes to sleep it keeps working fine but if a user presses the sleep button, the sound stops working.

Also, we would like you to make sure the sounds keep working on all android devices in background as well.

React-native-sound
Android + iOS

Expo-av
Android
