EXPERIENCED DEVELOPERS ONLY - Food Ordering App with Searchable Pictorial Menus and Ordering System (Split Payments)

We are searching for a COMPANY to build phase 1 of a native food ordering application for IOS and Android (phones and tablets) – available for download in the US only for now! We’ll offer ordering for dine-in, pick-up, and curbside (setup at the item level) ***We will NOT offer delivery at this time.***
1) There are 5 types of users that will have different profile setup types, features, and menu options:
a. Businesses (3 Types)
b. Registered Foodies/Customers (1 Type)
c. Non-registered users
2) Picture menus will be fully managed by the business (Admins can edit, delete, disable/enable also)
3) Search Food Items and Businesses based on location (include relevant filters and sorting) – 4 views
4) Complete Ordering system – order statuses, notifications, search, archive, real-time payments, order fee management, reporting, etc.
5) Robust Admin Panel – delegate sub-admin rights/access, manage all features and users, reports, dashboard, etc.
6) Landing page for website (download the app links, basic contact info)
KEY:
1. COMMUNICATION – This is the most important aspect of this project!
a. If you have questions or do not know what the requirements are, please ask for clarity.

REQUIRED:
Experience developing mobile apps with ordering capabilities – MUST PROVIDE SAMPLES of previous projects you’ve completed with food ordering system capabilities
Must be able to complete the project in the stated time
Must be able to speak and write English
Must be able to read and understand project requirements
Must understand agile/SCRUM methodology – daily stand-ups
Must be able to meet during US Office Hours
MUST HAVES:
- Pictorial based food ordering application
- Our app will only be downloaded in the United States for now.
- ROBUST – Fast speed, security, neatness, and user-friendly experience is key! We want to ensure our users have a seamless and delightful user-friendly experience.
- APPs and site should be – SAFE AND SECURE FOR OUR USERS; prevent hacking
- Maintain user logs for each user with date and time stamps to capture activity on the app
- Safe and secure payment gateway
- Backup all data and applications (In the event the app is down, we want to be able to bring it back up quickly and simply)
- Capture ANALYTICS – Downloads, CLICKS, USER ENGAGEMENT
- Payment Gateway – MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE SPLIT PAYMENTS - Looking for reliability, popularity in the US, security, and stability with reasonable fees
