Drawing project mobile app with mechatronics engineer-IOT projects

i want to develop IOT project for drawing mobile app development ,i tis required mechatronics engineer to work with developer in this project,i will not send full details until i know your skills, preferred Arabic person
it is drawing mobile app use for designers to draw pictures with standard size with psychical ruler,and who develop it must be co-operate with mechatronics engineer
