Develop taxi booking app with admin panel - Android and IOS

We need to develop a taxi booking app. Below are the details which will be discussed further for clarification.
User module

3) See Estimated fare in both ride types, estimated cost for different car types should be quoted to user, fare can be increased or decreased by the user. Even after clicking the start-booking button, if he did not receive bids from the driver, he can increase the bid by 10 and 10 and 10 to increase the quoted price.

Driver Will receive a notification when user search for a ride with fixed price, will see the quoted price of the user. Can either accept or offer a higher price. Incase accept, ride will be booked. In case he suggested a higher price; the notification will get back to the user with the high prices. If the user accept the price, the ride will be booked. After that, the direct navigation button and estimated time of arrival on pickup location will show to user and driver. Driver will also see the user info. He will also have the ability to call/message user from the app.
c) rides notification should come once the ride is 3-5 minutes away.
Driver Menu
1. view profile
2. Select Car – for more than one car registration
3. earning details – this should show total rides earning and number of rides for specific cycle set in the admin panel. It should also show any incentives achieved by the driver. It should also show the commission deduction (by percentage set in the admin panel)

• Commission: Subtract
• Total Net Earnings For the specific Period
• Amount to be paid to Company commissions if surplus incentive & wallet payments: (a push notification when limit is crossed and no rides when amount reach to the limit (Set in the admin panel))
• Total number Of Rides: Separate for ride types, Service Types & Total
• Total Online Hours: Separate for ride types, Service types & Total
4. Incentives – this should show the details of incentives set by the admin in the admin panel.
5. User review & Ratings.

1. Dashboard with daily, weekly and monthly options including total rides, total online drivers, total commission and other options
2. Manage Users – add /remove/block
3. Manage Drivers – add / remove / block
4. Manage Fleets – add / remove / block
5. Services/categories: Go, Go Mini, Taxi, Bike (Add, remove and these should be used in the car registration driver module)
6. Reports – multiple reports will be discussed in details.
7. Set Incentive (Coupons & Promotions for drivers & Users, incentive on total income or total ride for a specific period for drivers, We should have the ability to set it in the admin panel)
