Design UI/UX for a messaging app and develop the frontend alone with Flutter.

We are looking for a UI/UX designer and a flutter developer to design and develop the frontend for a messaging application. Mock-ups has to be created for both Android and iOS platform.
We expect the following from the developer:
1.) Must be creative and be able to design a no nonsense UI. We prefer to have a look at the past design works done by the developer
2.) Must be easy to reach and communicate with. We prefer calm-headed folks. There will be constant discussion between us throughout the development process.
3.) Must have both Android and iOS devices at their disposal for debugging purposes.
4.) Flexible hours of work.
