Design Android app interface for desktop/server monitoring

I need a design of an android application for the use cases in the attached image. This application is to manage detected brute force attack notifications from windows/linux server. 'view resource usage' includes disk, ram, cpu, gpu statistics.
The app is for personal use with a budget of ~35usd.
Preferred formats are Android studio xml layouts or Adobe XD for easy exporting.

Please review the use case diagram before placing a bid
