Database solution for mobile app

I need a recommendation for a database solution and the setting up of database schema for a mobile app with features similar to a dating app. So searching through many complex user objects is essential.
For example, each user will have various sorts of traits that can be searched and filtered against each other like Personality type, body type, category, gender, style, birthday, location etc.
For traits such as Style will have multiple set options that can be selected such as Casual, Chic, Sporty, Urban, Vintage, Bohemian, Trendy, Punk, Artsy, Sexy, Modest,etc. Other traits will be tags that the user can enter.
So the database has to be set up in a way that it's quick to search and filter all multiple traits and tags. Must be able to scale and work with potentially millions of users. We are using flutter for the front end so if there's a solution that works great with that, then better.
