UX DESIGN and PROTOTYPE for a mobile application

Job ID: 33876881

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

UX DESIGN and PROTOTYPE for a mobile application (common UI for IOS, android) in a FIGMA file, the application must make more use of "gestures" than of "point and click", and be clean and intuitive.

The main goal of the app is a shareable ToDo list with 2 types of user (as of now, TIERs to be included in the future).

A user NOT LOGGED in will be able to create, mark as complete, delete and edit, todo items (we'll call them nodes) and each node will be able to have children being each child a node itself (so it will be able to have children, and so on) but only in device only (not online) and with no limit of nodes or levels.

A LOGGED user will be able also to share the hierarchy form ANY level, in cloud, so those nodes will be able to be finished by someone else, and that someone else will also be allowed to create new items in those branches, there is a limit of recursivity, 10 items per level and 5 levels deep maximum or 500 nodes total, so in the future I can create premium roles.

Each node will have the following information (so it'll be available for the UI):

Title: text
Details: text
CreatedBy: email (mandatory, "self" if user not logged)
CreatedOn: datetime (mandatory)
Access: Array of emails (users the item has been shared with)
IsImportant: boolean (default false)
IsCompleted: boolean
CompletedBy: email (user that completed it)
CompletedOn: datetime

A tree can be "moved to offline" with a warning, and it'll remove all users with access to it (leaving their created nodes) and will remove the tree from the cloud, leaving it online on device.

Also an offline tree can be uploaded to the cloud.

A user will receive push notifications if a node/tree has been shared with him or if a node of his tree has been updated.

There has to be non invasive Ads.

A node with children will be completed if all children are completed, and completed nodes will get deleted after 30 days

There is no logo or color scheme predefined, so I'll rely 100% on your knowledge and experience of UX/UI, but I'd like the possibility to have light/dark mode

Any other possible suggestion from an experienced UX will be welcomed.
