Custom Gantt chart in flutter

I am a flutter dev stuck trying to implement a custom gantt chart widget in Flutter.
The proposed gantt chart is as below:
For each period (the y-axis), there will be a linebar that goes from lowest to highest value. In that bar, the dotted line in the middle is the average value.
If there is only 1 value in the x-axis, then a dot is shown instead of a linebar.
The range of the x-axis is calculated based on x-axis values.
For example:
1. period 1 is 100 - 200
2. period 2 is 50 -150
Then the range of x-axis is 50 - 200.
