It has two methods, proof of work and by cloud mining by Cloud Mining, what we do, we contribute(invest) our resources together in form of bitcoins and mine collectively from a general already established mining pool(I.e mining using the Proof of Work but we’ll be doing the work, here you don’t have any task as individuals and you won’t need to contribute any personal hash-rate, we mine collectively and at the end of a successful mining which can last for a minimum of a week and maximum of three weeks we share bitcoins released(profits) among ourselves depending on the contribution(investment) of each member on the team.
