Crypto Wallet App

I am looking for something with a very close feel and design to the SafeMoon wallet. Though this app will generate a wallet when a user inputs a 12-digit code received from us. We would like to have pre-made QR-Codes tied to the 12-digit code and tie to whatever wallet address is created after the user inputs their 12-digit code.
Work Flow:
User purchases QR-Code (we also supply the 12 digit code) -> User inputs the 12-digits into the app -> the app generates a unique wallet and seed phrase -> user can then access the wallet with their 12-digit code and seed phrase.
Supplied QR-Code will be tied to the newly generated wallet address upon creation. People should be able to scan the QR code and retrieve the wallet address the QR code is tied to.
Once seed phrase has been generated, only the 12-digit code is required to access the wallet after creation.
the 12 digit code is more like the password you set when you create a new wallet in the current sfm wallet
The idea is we can sell cards with QR codes already on them and then you can tie the QR code to the newly generated wallet via the 12-digit code
