The purpose of the app is to let startups get money from the people. So it's like kickstarter but i will tell you the differences.
The app purpose will be divided into 2.
1. Projects (startups)
2. People (content creators)
So 1.It means people can post their project ideas and start getting money. On the other hand 2.Not only entrepreneurs get money but also YouTubers or other content creators from their fans (patreon type idea)
