Cross Platform Security Guard App with PTT, Logs, and NFC with Web Based mangement console.

SECURITY App.
The Security App will be cross platform and function on a number of android devices with different screen orientations (including our PTT radio’s and Smart phones) as well as Apple devices. There will also be a web based management console security by password.
The app is designed to provide our security officers with a way to accurately log details which occur during a shift, and send this log to our office and clients directly. It also provides communication with other guards and managers via the PTT function. NFC scan points will also be scanned and added to a log.
We are looking at programmers who have successful projects involving: PTT (VOIP), NFC (Scanning Security Checkpoints), Location Services.
We will provide access to a local server for PTT functions, as well as support the back end features of the app (i.e. storage of logs).
The app will have three main functions;
PTT: Push To Talk, VOIP, to allow communication between users (similar to Zello)
LOG: create, view edit security logs and email then to clients.
SCAN: NFC tags and add entries to logs.
MANAGEMENT CONSOLE:
A web based password protected management console will allow management to;
• Add, Edit, Delete, and assign passwords to users of the app.
o Fields: USERNAME, PASSWORD, DISPLAY NAME, CHANNELS (channels they have access to), SITE (name of the site they are assigned to), ADMIN (is user an admin). EMAILS (default email address to send the log to – needs to allow multiple). Which will be auto populated into the mail app when exporting logs via email.
• Manage channels on the PTT section on the app, choosing who can access what channels, and what channel each user defaults to.
• Manage quick type buttons available on each users log. Also a feature to be able to copy buttons previously setup from another user.
• View, edit, delete and export logs from all users.
• Setup the log hierarchy and determine who contributes to what logs (i.e. sites that have multi guards contributing to one log from multi devices).
• An option to advise users to sync with server (without logging out and back in).
OUR EXPECTATIONS
o The app will run flawlessly without bugs, or crashes.
o The app will remain signed in until such time as a user signs out.
o The app will run on a wide variety of devices including our PTT radio’s with different screen sizes, and orientations.
o Management can be available on skype to discuss and test updates of the app.
o Management can provide sample data for users, sites, channels etc.
