Creation of website to monitor products

The situation is the following:

I buy products from an amazon coupon store but the products
they have an expiration date so I need a monitor that removes the products from the platform
where I sell them.
1-The monitor will check on the coupon website if the coupon is going to expire, and if it has already expired it has to delete it automatically
from the market place where I am selling it.

2- The monitor will review the coupon page and also the page where the product is, which in this case is amazon, in amazon
the monitor will verify if the product is in stock, for example there are 0 units of product, it will also be eliminated
