Creation of Crypto based Game -- 2

Want to create and launch a game based on cryptocurrency.

Game needs to be on a scale of Illuvium

Your roles:

-Create a long term plan for the launch from beta testing to full launch.
- Give estimates on total costs involved from start to finish.
-How many staff required per month and hourly rates? Each of their roles.
-Ongoing monthly fixed costs to have the game operating.
- What game engine would be used?
- Which crypto platform is preferred ETH or SOL and why?
- How much cost for a ingame coin lauch, including whitepaper?
- Will I get a project manager who will be reporting to me directly.
- Whats the first language of the developers and project manager.
- Cost of creating NFT based characters, cost per character.
- What algorithms to be used for game programming
- In built DEX cost estimates (later stage)
- Timeframes for each milestone till the time of launch.
- Youtube trailers and gameplay design budgets to attract investors.
