Create a cross-platform application for me!

I need a mobile application which has all specs and interfaces in the attachment. I'm living in Turkey / Ankara. I'm too busy on my own work and developer should be awailable to the scheduled meeting times. DAily meeting of 30 min will be ok. I'll provide a prototiple for the developer in order to clearify every point. Developer should be available via whatsapp, MS Meet and Zoom.
