Create e-commerce website multi vendor for exiting native mobile app as per the below details including few changes on the app

We have an existing mobile app and we would like to create a website for that mobile application, which include the attached requirements and defects:-

the backend is already developed and we require a front end to integrate with the backend.

the selected vendor should have knowledge on the following technologies
1 Node JS
PHP Codeigniter
any front end programing language
Native mobile app Swift for IOS and Java for android

the selected vendor will receive the website designs and will be required to change the designs from PSD to HTML.

the website will be in both languages Arabic/english

The scope will also include10 defects currently available in the app and admin panel

The target timeline to complete the initial basic eCommerce requirements is end of Feb


The selected vendor should provide weekly progress reports and access to Jira

There is no API list available we can provide access to the backend testing server to check the details and backend code

The project structure is as follow
1. Native IOS/Android Apps for customer
2. Native IOS/Android APP for merchant
3, Native IOS/Android App for driver
4. Admin Panel for the admin
5. Merchant panel for the merchant
6. Delivery panel for the drivers
