Create Project plan for An application

I'm working on a project using MS Project Professional.

I am a beginner and i don't have experience using it.

I have added all the actions items that will build the project plan.



I would like to have two sessions (30 mins each) on a zoom call with a project management expert with previous experience in managing IOS applications development using MS Project Professional.



I would like to the following:

1. how to improve the look and feel of the project plan?

2. how to export to excel in a sharable and user-friendly format?

3. Discuss deliverables of the project and milestones together.

4. how to easily manage and update the project plan?

5. how to prepare meaningful reports for top management?

6. how to create the baseline?

7. show Gantt chart properly?
