Create A Fuel Used Scanning App With Reporting

Create a fuel used app, software or similar, preferably to use on a mobile device.

Enter user details / employee number
Enter start reading of fuel reserves for today
Scan vehicle barcode (MVA) with mobile phone
Enter number plate details
Enter fuel type, unleaded or Diesel
Enter amount of litres used, if any
Fuel cost self populates ( pre set cost per litre )
Enter total vehicle odometer kms
Click next to add to database
Click end of day at any time to finalise today
Enter final fuel Dip read for unleaded and Diesel


Report options ***
Print / show todays list of all cars entered
Print / show todays list of cars that used fuel
Print / show summary of start read, used, close read
Close read self populates to start of next day
Any difference is reported as missing fuel on report

Any user can start data read
Any user can add entries
Any user can finish day reading
Any user can display or print to a doc
Each entry is tagged by under employee ID

I need to be able to change the calculation of fuel cost per litre if required. I need to enter the start and finish capacity of the fuel tanks to show usage
