Create Alarm Monitoring App IOT for TUYA Alarms

Hello

I want to create a website and an app to manage multiple Tuya Alarm Panels. Some panels will communicate with SMS and some with Internet.

I want to see
1. The status of Doors
2. If the system is armed or disarmed
3. If the battery of the remote devices are low
4. When a particular zone is in Alarm.

I want to put zones on a Map, that I can zoom into and see zone status and control zones.

Can you develop such a system and what would be the cost?
