This is for individuals that get Physical therapy instructions for them to exercise e.g. their arms their legs their feet etc. usually the instructions say do 5 of "these" then 10 of "these:...... do this 4 times. By the time I start to count the first sequence I forget my count.
But it could have other implications for sports, education etc.
In this app an individual just enters the number counter sequence:
1. Enter 5-5-10 set for 2 times
2. The app calls out loud..... 1-2-3-4-5 stop 1-2-3-4-5 stop 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
3. The sequence counter is then repeated.
I click on a sequence of "counts"
