Complete an unfinished iOS app project - Xcode, Swift, Laravel, PHP

We have a app project which is unfinished due to previous developer health problems.
We suppose %80-90 per cent of the whole project is complete, and we are going to provide you these below:
1) All Figma designs
2) All previous codes (This is %80-90 per cent of the whole project)
3) All web services via Postman
4) A detailed document that explains all functions
5) A detailed document that explains the missing parts
6) Meetings and calls on project
7) Working version of iOS and Android apps.
We need the project to be completed aprrox. / max. in 7 days.
Used technologies/langs. in project are:
PHP, Laravel, Xcode, Swift
Bidders must be able to write the backend side by PHP, Laravel as well.
We will be giving the details to the bidders!
