Complete coding work on app and resolve all pending issues

Need a seasoned developer to complete work on an app that has all required screens and designs complete. Major functionality is also complete. Work needs to be done on fine tuning user experiences and bug fixing. App has about 15 activities and 20 fragments. The app needs to completed with testing for publishing on the app store.
