Complete Native APP

Hello Bidders,
We have an unfinished APP for IOS and Android. It is almost 90% done and just few things and changes are left to do. So we need a NATIVE Programmer (SWIFT and KOTLIN) to take the APP from current point and complete it with changes required.
The Database is on AWS and all is well connected
The selected person will have the responsibility to complete the APP and then create milestone. Payments will be per Milestone.
