Commerical Roll Off Database

I am an Operations Manager for a small locally-operated roll off company. I presently have nine trucks that haul construction dumpsters to local contractor job sites. What I am attempting to do is to streamline our logistics. Order information including customer contact information, payment information, dumpster size needed and actual load information such as location and special instructions. Customer and load information needs to then have a way to be sent to dispatch, and then assigned to a driver. Our drivers/dispatcher presently communicate via IPad. I need a system that gets us away from entering the same information multiple times, but gets dispatcher, driver, and book keeper the information they need to do their jobs. -But we are also a growing a company, so we need the ability to add/update driver information, add new trucks and dumpsters, and add/update reports and forms as needed
