Cesium JS Developer/Support

We are in the process of harnessing a unique development opportunity for our client, and looking to further expand some of our delivery mechanisms. We have chosen Cesium JS to do this, but need extra 'horsepower' to increase our development speed. Keen to hear from people that have deep experience in GIS, Mapping, Geospatial Datasets (at a code level). Experience in .NET and Microsoft Azure stack is essential.
