Car Detailing Services App

Looking for an applications for Apple and Android and a website that will be mobile friendly !! We have an small project in Guatemala ( Central America ) to provide “mobile car detail services” and would like to find out if its possible to have an app on IOS and Android format that allow customers to book and pay for their services ( after the service gets done ) thru the app. Also Send the customers reminders via local text msg of the appointment and also connect the app to WAZE so the service person ( technician ) will have the route to get to destination.
