Building a multi platform app for a decentralized Bitcoin exchange

I am bootstrapping the process of building a multi platform app supporting iOS, Android, desktop, and web clients for an established open source decentralized Bitcoin exchange. I am looking for someone to start designing and implementing the project structure using Kotlin multi platform and building out core functionality that will allow the user to interact with the Bitcoin exchange network (e.g. buy and sell Bitcoin). The app needs to communicate grpc via the Tor network to a remote daemon (i.e. running on the users desktop computer) and the daemon handles communicating with the exchange network. The daemon already exists with a grcp API currently being built. As for the UI/UX, I have Adobe xd files.
