Dear Member,
We are a DPIIT recognized small startup in healthcare and looking forward to 'MVP' development of a telemedicine (teleconsultation) platform for our product offerings to remotely connect patients and doctors. The apps will be hosted on the Google Play Store and iOS store. We are looking forward to the following features in the final MVP app.
Requirement: Creation of Doctor App, User App (both android and iOS based), and web portal for the master admin console.
User Level Features:
1. Signup and sign-in via mobile OTP or email
2. Basic data collection from the user (e.g.: Address, weight, age, GPS pin drop)
3. Ability to invite the family and create a family tree in the app
4. Ability to upload past prescriptions and other health documents
5. View upcoming appointments and bookings
6. View past appointments and related prescriptions and download them
7. Ability to book appointments with doctors available online
8. Most Consulted Doctor by user
9. Push notifications for upcoming appointments
Doctor Level Features:
1. Signup and sign-in via OTP / email
2. Ability to send invites to onboard fellow doctors on the platform to create doctor cluster
3. Ability to submit the medical certificate for verification and real-time status track for verification – to start attending patients.
4. Doctor listing by Specialization
5. Doctor listing by Ailments
6. Online doctor availability by Specialization for real-time video consultation
7. Time scheduling feature for doctor
8. Online scheduling portal for doctors for time scheduling and making themselves available online/offline in a click.
9. Chatbots as receptionists – to collect patient’s data before the video call and put it forward to the doctor. Data will include age, medical problem/ailment, height, weight, etc.
10. Payment Gateway to book the available slot of selected (online) doctor for consultation
11. Virtual waiting room and video consultation
12. Generation of prescriptions and sending to the patient for review post video call.
13. Follow up by chats, calls.
14. Ability to download past consultations on App in Excel format
15. Ability to view past 3-year consultations and download them
16. Push notifications for upcoming appointments
Admin Console:
1. Master control of all user and doctor data (exception: prescription data and medical records of patients)
2. Ability to suspend, delete, de-activate, activate any user/doctor on the platform
3. Integration of basic billing system to take care of invoices
