Building an Native mobile app

To build an native mobile app providing multiple choice questions for user to practice.

- React Native is preferred
- The app is about 14 pages
- UI is already designed on Figma
- Multi-language support (English and Chinese, I will provide language pack)
- no backend server is needed
- around 1000 questions, should be stored locally
- a local storage / database to store user statistics
- launch on App Store and Play Store
