Build me social network app

I need only MVP. I need very simple and fast app to add or delete functions.
What I need for begining:
- Real time messenger
- Admin panel where I can change colors, manage users, send notification to all users with or without filters.
- Users can like, comment and share posts
- Saving server space by connecting it with cloud servers like FTP, Amazon S3, etc.
- Post stories what are deleted after 24 hrs
- Find friends nearby
- Job section
- Night/Day mode
- RTL support
- Social video support: share videos from other big websites like facebook, youtube, vimeo etc
- GDPR compliance
- FFMPEG Support, users can upload any type of videos
- Users must have clear and very easy to use interface
