Build me a social app for the LGBTQIA+ community.

We are a social company catering to the LGBTQIA+ community that hope to do some good by enabling dialogue in a self-sustaining community forum.

What needs to be done:
- Building a scalable app out of an MVP
- Enable community forum with collaborative features
- Enable chat
- Enable collaboration
- Enable gamification

Need to have:
- Experience with building social apps

Good to have:
- Passionate about LGBTQIA+ cause.
