Build a small app that is run on webpage+phone friendly +small database

Please sead below description and attached file. Programming could be done in React Native or similar and connected with Ffirebase database or similar. Design can be done from some template or similar. It must be run as webpage and should look ok both on PC and phone browser.
Background why this app is needed:
Company VRCentrs.lv is renting out Quest 2 headsets for both private persons and businesses. In order to be more active in business to business sector, new product is launched that help companies to do teambuilding events via VR. Problem is that people are not used to VR so they need simple tutorials how to get started. Also app is needed to enter score of the teambuilding events. Application is developeld for one company only and will be paid after the app is approved by end customer. Application will be called “VRTeam”.
User story:
User install the app from AppStore or use it via web browser. First chose language. Then tutorial is chosen. Then game title is chosen for which tutorial is shown. After playing game user goes to app and chose to enter the score. To enter the score he needs to enter Team name. and the highest score the team got. Afterwards if higher score is reached, user can again go to enter score and overwrite the score by inserting the same team name. If needed user can go back and check what is the top score of certain game.
