Build a simple mobile app - React Native / Flutter

I am working on a project, which needs a mobile app component. I have build all the backend for the app, and looking for react native developer to finish the mobile app. Its a fairly simple app with probably 10-12 screens at most. They would include logging, sign up, add records and view records.
