Build networking app with login and payment functionality

Making an smartphone application as a part of study project for medical field.

Develop an app which has:
a) log-in/sign-up screen with forget password functionality
create account by sending OTP on whatsapp or telegram or email

b) next screen : ask some personal information before going to home screen.
personal information also contains a field to upload image so a functionality to crop the image while uploading also needed.

c) Home screen : contains the personal info by user and edit button to edit all info

d) search member screen: used to search a member depending on personal information provided

e) create group : a user creates a group and other users can join

f) search group : a user can search a group by filters

g) Account screen : where user can see information about
profile, offers, news, queries, complaint, search, renew/cancel membership, refer a friend, about, contact us

h) notifications tab where all the notifications can be displayed

i) screen where one can post news and offers

j) screen where one can send the post and offers to users depending on their personal info provided.

k) Might need countries and corresponding states/provinces table for locating the user.

the corresponding database also needed.
