Build me a mobile/web telemedecine app

Hello,
My name is Jonathan Khalil living in Senegal, West Africa and my project is to develop an mobile telemedecine app (+ website platform). In our country, access to the medical / hospital environment is very complex due to the poverty of the population and the poor development of cities. Moving from region to region for some people can be very complicated or even impossible. In addition, this covid-19 pandemic encourages us to consult remotely rather than physically. As a result, it would be very useful to have a telemedicine application, the general idea of which was to have patients on one side and doctors (general practitioners, specialists, etc.) on the other. This would be a primary remote consultation (free phone call or video call) with recording of the patient's medical file, possibility of prescriptions and potential physical appointment in case of need for in-depth consultation.
