Build a mobile application.

Hello guys, I want to build a Mobilephone Application that serve & connect customers with service providers. The service provider gets paid & the app gets its share from the transaction. The will need to show the location to the customers to pick up his service, or a meeting point where the service provider may get to & deliver his service.
If any have the expertise or have done any thing like this I’d like to take the conversation further.
I’ve not done anything like it before, so I’d like to know more about how we could start this from scratch & go further with it to be Excellent.
