Build mobile app that uses camera to count objects

I’m looking to hire a mobile app developer to create a counting application for iOS both iPhone and iPad. After the first official application has been released I would like the same developer to help with updating, adding additional features, and fixing bugs for the next 3 to 6 months.
Application overview: The application uses the phones camera to take a picture and counts everything that has similar appearance. For example, the user can take a picture of the end of metal pipe tubes and it will put a small dot on each tube to make sure all are accounted for. It will display the number of pipes at the bottom. It should also give the user the option to tap on any of the dots to remove them if it accidentally counted something that wasn’t a pipe. Also give them the option to tap anywhere in the picture where it may have missed a pipe. This same scenario can be applied to other objects such as coins, pharmaceuticals, rebar, beads, lumber, boxes, buttons, candy, and literally anything that’s similar and is a basic shape.
